Just as we talked about, i 100% disagree with this.
We are a people who struggle with lust, addiction and various other sins because we are not Jesus, and we are not perfect. There is absolutely no way that I will ever be convinced that bands who truly surrender themselves to ministry, and God has called them to a specific ministry, that he will not bless those who follow his calling. are you telling me that kids in these genres are just screwed? that they are to be damned? I'm sorry but my Jesus hung out with the tax collectors, and the prostitutes and did miraculous things in their lives because he went to them.
Do i believe that there is some incredibly damaging, and demonic music? absolutely! but for those who are seeking Jesus, and not using his name as a platform for popularity, instead, using music as a platform to proclaim truth, i will support them regardless of what genre of music they play. to say that anyone who plays/listens to have "counterfeit spirituality", that is incredibly judgmental.
We as a people will NEVER get to a place to where we truly surrender everything to God. We are foolish to think that we can! We can work towards that more and more by the day, but our sinful nature prevents this. We are a people captivated by sin.

Scripture says that we can tell our brothers and sisters by the fruits of the spirit.... well, there are people in these genres who are legitimately leading thousands to Christ. To put a limit on where God is going to call someone to serve is to put him inside of a box. I say these things with love, and respect. As your thoughts were made known, the opposite end of the spectrum deserves to be as well.

In California, a tiger gave birth to 3 baby tigers. Due to difficult pregnancy, babies were born prematurely and due to their small size, they died shortly after the birth. After recovering, the mother tiger suddenly started to lose health, although physically she was fine. Veterinarians believed that the loss of her litter has caused depression. So they decided to put babies from another tiger, perhaps, her condition would improve. Unfortunately it turned out that it is impossible to obtain tiger babies of the right age for a grieving mother. But the solution was found, it is on the photo. PLEASE SHARE!
