here they recently shut down the remaining clinics prepping to push through new legislation on marijuana distribution and practically overnight street prices doubled

if selling through stores was legal, it would be taxed, and so street level salesmen would be free to jack up the prices in order to compensate for this new market

only save 4 dollars per and i hate doing joint paper wraps ive done it before feel like a hoodrat

if it was a completely legal market, within a year, the price would even out and would be relative to production cost + 100% markup + a large tax levy, but the prices would likely be akin to cigarette prices.

that's how it is in california, too, until about 3 weeks ago when they shut down all the clinics.

they'll be up and running again soon, but in the meantime people are shelling out 15-20 bucks for a gram of mystery marijuana

e: when the clinics are open, 5-8 is the normal rate/gram
