Id never be able to find toddler sized clothing thats worthy of that outfit though.

About 2 years ago they found a starved baby in a suit case.
Not to mention 4-5 years ago they arrested these parents because they were arguing and the woman literally used her baby as a weapon.
Its pretty sad
