So computer illiterate mother is still computer illiterate. Got a virus, and shes like, Im just going to go buy norton.

LE SIGH. Ive told her for like 4 years that norton sucks and she still wont listen.

So anyway, would it even help at this point if she got an av? I tried sending her instructions to get rid of the virus she has but it didnt work (so basically she didnt do it right)
