Avatar can be found all over the internet.
There is nothing proprietary to it and therefore can't be considered for a Ripper accusation (Review 1st post)

As for the signature, the second link you posted doesn't work.
Please repost with the proper link to the signature as well as PSD proof if you have them.

He owns your rights to your signature, who is not permitted to copy your Picture without your accept. He tried to used my signature to ruin mine reputation at d2jsp. which can result in Sig/Ava , and being no trusted anymore. As well He tried to steal some curre currency from other customers and write as Aga_2. When I reported him about that situation, he instantly change his signature a bit, and now It's look like I'm talking about situation which never appear. Plz IP check him and ban him as fast as possible, because He would try this kind of attitude again with other users aswell.

Right now he's using another signature and nothing can be done for the Avatar therefore this is not a valid ripper accusation.
If you feel like the user is trying to impersonate you and scam, gather as much evidence as you can and post in the Scammer accusation forum.
