A user scammed me of FG on a signature purchase, this is not a RIP accusation, but I was told to post it here.

There wasn't one made, he posted premade signatures and I PMed him about them, see further down for PM screenshots.

* A short summary/story of what happened
350 FG was lost in this scam.
I saw the user post some premades in a graphic request thread, and I really liked them. I sent the user a PM offering to purchase them, as you can see in the screenshots I haggled a little to get some nice prices.
I then asked him after I sent the FG to put my name on them and to make avatars and what not, and he said he didn't have the PSDs and that he would do it some other time or whatever the excuses were.
I asked him for my FG back until he completed the job and completely ignored me and now has my PMs blocked so there has been no contact as of 18 or so hours since then.

I currently removed a user from my guild and he will not remove the GFX I bought for the guild. (Avatar + Banner)

Can I moderator please PM him and ask him to remove them?

I made him avatar and signature vs 25fg.
