Hi there i got a pm from Arkhen for Signature violation this morning , i apologised for my fault and immediately removed my sig in order to make it smaller.I tried it but i have
problem to shrink it in size , can someone help me out on this ? I include the pic(it is a gif) , thank you in advance .

The picture in your post is within the limits. I resized the image in your signature to 24kb assuming that's what you're wanting resized.
