Unless you created or paid someone to custom create it for you, no it does not count. Taking something off Google and having it resized would not count as being yours.

you created it? completely?
reverse google search finds it on a lot of differenct websites and i don't see any difference at all.
asking for a resize job (which was for free btw) doesn't make it "yours" no matter how long you had it before.

Taking a picture from Google or another website and asking someone/paying someone to resize the picture so you can use it here DOES NOT make it yours in any way. Sorry, nothing can be done for you.
