Paok is selling sigs that other people made...

For example :


A signature I made for a user ON ANOTHER FORUM.. Stolen from R P G Forums.com...

He said to me "Oh, im sorry i found it on the internet,I didnt think anyone from JSP made it"

Either way, taking other peoples sigs, and selling them is ripping, and it's not right.

His whole photo gallery album of "Sigs" are taken from other people, there's atleast like 22 of them.

Story:
Like you can already read in his first post, the price for the signature and just for the signature has been 100+fg. After many pms and much work for me, he sent me 60fg saying that he does not want to break his 16kfg. Afterwards he offered me that i get 20fg for changing the name in the avatar. So did I and after that i have never seen any more fg by him. That means now that I am still waiting for the 40fg for the signature and additionally I am waiting for some fg for the bar i made for him. We never talked about the price for the bar but he is using all of my 3 images i made for him for some time now. I had to send him many pms until he answered yesterday when I informed him, that I am going to make a SA. He now either wants his fg back or me to "STOP SPAMMING MY INBOX" (quoted from a pm)

Is it ripping if you simply use the search function of Photobucket and finding premades or whatever, then just putting on text?

If so, this guy (Spumoni) does that all the time.

He claims his signatures were his premades from a long time ago, but I doubt it.

If you look at the work he does, it's usually some Photobucket picture, some cropping, and added text. Then all of a sudden he has decent signatures made in less than an hour that are way beyond his skill.
