Yeah, you ahve to ask for it as most employee's rarely offer it, we're just told to push black tie (our in-store extended warranty)
anyway, it's called like the future-proof program or some shit.
you get like 50% back on your purchase if you choose to upgrade to a new model.
tbh it's not worth it since you can just sell a lightly used one on craigslist for like 50 bucks less and still get 100 more than what we would give you.
