This definitely isn't a normal thing in America, although lately the shit that's been going on says otherwise... this really is incredible to be experiencing live though, I can't stop watching. As for the mood, it's pretty much business as usual where I live, but obviously it's a bit more intense in Boston. There are those people that overreact because the news will hype things up saying shit like "BUT JOHN ARE WE REALLY SAFE LEAVING OUR HOMES ANYMORE BOMBS ARE HIDING IN EVERY CORNER AND THEY'RE OUT TO GET YOU" And as a result of that, brown people will not be allowed to wear backpacks anymore

Wow, I don't know if it was Reddit or 4Chan or whatever, but like 6 hours someone suggested that one of the suspects looked like this dude that suddenly went missing one month ago. They just reported on the police scanner that he indeed is one of the suspects... dafaq internet

they're brothers. the 26 yr old brother ran at police with explosives and was shot and killed. the second is surrounded in his house ( 19 yrs old ) the city is on military lockdown
