do you got any tips? shading is really really hard for me.

atm im shading his face better by using a a new layer with different opacity(around 60%).

My advice is: Paint in b&w, color later. You can track the values more easily in b&w, and you can color the piece pretty nicely with a few multiply and overlay layers when yo are done.

oh thx, that sounds way easier that i am doing now.

Im shading bit by bit and it takes like forever : /
