Patch error in the last 10mb of the download, so I sent an email to their technical support. It took them three days to get back to me, which is four faster than PoE, but they got back to me with, "That's strange. We recommend that you restart your computer and then try to complete the download"

These tech support teams.. why do they do this to me?
