oh ya forgot to mention

never use the color drop tool on your reference. always pick your own colors from the color selector thing. try to match the colors the best you can to your reference!

I've sketched 100's of hands on pencil and paper, they are decent . i need to learn to sketch it in photoshop now.

pretty blurry and sideways

bring it into photoshop, shrink it down and flip it the right size... and take a better quality shot lol
