you see, the blue represents her feelings and how lost she is in the world(hence, her ugly dumbass face) after her failure to become a ballerina. the pixel on her chin is that lost dream. i blurred the background to focus on the focal, her neck. and you're probably wondering about why i included that c4d on the left: it is showing the dark side of her.
