record sales/popularity obviously show thats not true

i will never say he is the best
i can very honestly say that i have heard LITERALLY 15-20 times as many songs that are good enough to listen to from him than from any other artist of any genre and this is not biased at all

he has many diff styles and when u drive down the road (florida) u will not go a day w/o hearing his songs at random
and thats not even radio songs
last year he produced 94 songs that were realesed to mixtapes
name 94 songs from any artist
just saying.....


This is why hes popular, "beats" He isnt rap, hes hip hop, there are thousands of undergorund rappers who sound way better / better lyrics / better flow. But all lil waybne raps about is money / bitches, which is what most of the young kids today dream about, thats why hes famous.
