and everyother day do the Ab ripper X. Just so you can throw up
i did same, and my arms look like uterus, while my chest is one of a chicken and my legs equals 2 thin toothpicks. Chest muscles develop slower in my opinion, i took care to keep the form right and had enough weight. Worked on it for two months, got sick, lost 6kg in a week. Bye bye muscle mass hello skinny me again
