lead to your current work? You seem to be going backwards in my opinion. Your beginning work atleast showed some detail, now your lines are harsh, it almost reminds me of the work you'd see elementary kids do.

You seem to start a piece and then move onto a new piece right away. Stick to a single piece of work and put effort into it, you will notice a lot more improvement and learn more if you actually complete them.

Some of his later work was worse than the beginning. That I agree with. But I think it's because he changed subject and purpose with the drawings.
Changing style means having to how draw differently than what he was doing before, which takes some time getting used to and experience with.
And from what I've seen, I feel he's making progress.

At least that's my opinion.
