isn't it all revolved around push ups/pull ups and band exercises for lifting lol?

I've never done p90x.
I haven't worked out since I ran track/cross country in hs.
so I've done literally nothing physically demanding for almost two years now
and even then all of the workouts I DID do were legs.
still managed to fill out my chest and shoulders nicely although never worked them out
big frame best

are you looking to lose weight or gain?

I skip the cardio and gay p90x workouts.... such as polymetrics/yoga/kenpo etc etc

I go with the chest and back, shoulders and arms, legs and back

get a calender and get a solid rotation in.

and everyother day do the Ab ripper X. Just so you can throw up

i like the weight i'm at, i don't mind gaining as long as i don't look fat.
i think any less weight and i'll start to look sickly.
so, prol just want to bulk up for now.

And yes, a large frame is a nice thing to have if you're looking to look impressive with little work. I've been working out for years, but this current cycle started about last august.
building muscle is easy, building a body is hard. if all you want is to look strong, then by all means. lift too much, and do it a few times. but to be truly strong, takes cross training.

I've done the meat head lifting before, but never have been able to get down and do 50 push ups and stand up like nothing happened. I'll never go back to just lifting again.
