Don't bother with the Leica M8, not worth it. Leica M9 would be, but the lenses are stupidly expensive. Old film Leica's are still awesome though.

I meant the M9. failtype.............

I´d like to get one for street photography. rangefinders are so much better for that.............

You can always get yourself a cheap rangefinder like an Olympus Trip to try them out.

well I know the film rangefinders but the digitals seem quite useful to me. too expensive tho. blah anyways, I´ll get along with the 5D for what I am doing.
