It's one of TI in b/w with a blue outline of TI offset like 15px.
There was also the same style made with one of Rob Dyrdek.

I'm pretty sure there was a tut on it somewhere or something that's why I remember it so vividly.

I don't know of anyone that uses horrible stock choices like TI and Rob Dyrdek.
