If you sell a piece of artwork to someone, you cannot claim exclusivity over that piece of material. That said, the person is free to resell the material, if he or she desires. They cannot, of course, claim author of said content, but they can resell or modify it further.

Damn. Hoping I don't get the same effect off of them. Ordered a lot of the flavor packs so I think I'm going to be able to ride it out. Smokes are cheap here so it's easy to get smokes. I pay about 3.30 a pack so it's not like they're breaking the bank but I smoke about a pack a pack a half a day so it's kicking my ass and I need to drop them asap. I love smoking though so these are really my only good option.
