brood war, quake3, the old days of counter-strike, d2hcl, sc2 top ladder play, and seasons 3 and 4 WoW.

those are pretty much the main games that counted, skill-wise

dota and league of legends<3

play games that don't suck D: there are a ton that come out all the time(basically throughout the year) that don't suck.
