Tried resizing my sig to 400x150 7 times, then I go to upload it, and it goes back up to 453x183. Iso help please.

Thanks again on resize for signature. need another well cut and draft i guess.... having issues..

I just need the face of ridick top of helm to just under color, cant seem to make one that fits without messing up visual effect :(
