wow thats awesome. 20kg is a lot!

i remember when i started out and struggled to do 4*8 with the fucking bar. good times xD

I think I'm on like 3*6 50 or 3*8 45 bench now having started on 30s, and gone up to 12/5 fly which is pleasing. hard to keep track of all these slightly different weights xD
killer set yesterday after like 90mins of other weights; 6 reps 50, 6 rep 45, 6 40 etc. all the way down to just bare 20 bar at 5kg intervals with no rest, wrecked.

how is that any different to a h&m tie bar the label and slightly better quality

i agree on this tbh, its an age-old argument of designer-high street, but i buy a lot of topman- and h&m-region stuff now, less so on the boss and rl.

i was under the impression that black/white ties were considered overly-formal back in the hitler days, so a lot of beige and pastels were worn?

i might be making that up, though.

e: nero's thoughts on labels:

i don't give a shit who made my shit, as long as it hangs nice, breathes nice, and stays nice
