already gone up like 20kg bench, 10kg DB bench, 5kg/arm flys from what i can remember plus penty on squats, deadlift etc.

back on ties, skinny ties rule. i have black white and red skinny solids, then a few fat ties and some random novelty ones. i have an epic christmas one that sings and flashes. rocks my world and the chicks love it.
