open it, clean the fans, dont put it on dusty tables or couches. try if that helps.

if not i'd go for a virus and would just try wiping and putting OS on it again.

o_o Its not overheating for sure. But that would be hard to figure out, because it shuts down at really random times. Trev has flashed the bios, which is what the original owner said he did and he said it worked fine after that, not for us though.

Also I dont know if this helps, but EVERY time I watch a video it restarts. Sucks because like every news story is accompanied by a video so I cant hardly look at any news stuff D:
