Great, first i figure out i had wrong drivers for my wacom tablet and that was the reason it was behaving like crap also wtf pen sensitivity, and than i manage to spill my coffee over the tablet (i never have any liquids on my table when i have wacom plugged in, except this time).

Now i believe i fried it.
