That soapy-oily taste usually happens when they change pipes. It will take a while till taste goes back to normal, if it does ever. As it was said above, best option would be a filter of some kind. For now, buy bottled if you got no other way, at least it will taste "normal". :/ Hooray for oil derivative cheap plastic bottles!
