I hate illy.

The only thing I hate about it is, you don't have as much freedom with like colors + layer settings, I feel like i have to be more conservative some how. Maybe it's cause im not used to it.

restrictions make for exceptions, and exceptions make for great things.

Monte clrly proves that with all his lps he uses photoshop's pentool

this an improvement from my other sprites? not done yet but i feel like watching shows so ill finish later if it shouldnt be scrapz.

You're making it way too complex for a sprite. You can barely tell what the sprite is, tone it down a notch and work on the surroundings, then slowly build into the sprite. Almost like you are just making the bg first, then manipulating around the sprite making it involved into the tag.
