dont really know what should be behind that. i am supposed to co lead a company but i lack the knowledge to do so, i need my master exams before i can do so. will achieve that in march 2012.

since i still want to earn money next to my uni stuff i was taking a spot in the human ressources of the company which is obviouslya women job.
