Apparently my sig and gif combined are to large, can anyone fix this?

shrunk the sig so you can fit both
or, you know, you can just use the gif as an avatar

im not sure which on of my signatures is in violation.

i need my sig resized please, was in violation and its only 400/257 so just a tweak will make it ok
