shirt looks good IF u didnt have that reflection on sleeve? makes it look metallic/leather like ya know? cloth isnt really that reflective

also, it seems like the hair extends slightly too far upwards.

random question, did you intend for it to be raining in that piece? the smaller brush strokes you used for the background make it seem like it is raining.
