The avatar he is using is one I made for myself. (It's a previous avatar, I don't use it anymore)
I do not have a photoshop file or anything. When I made it, I did not use photoshop, and since then, my hard drive has failed and been replaced, so I have lost the files.

That file has been on my Comcast webspace since October 2007.
Actually, it's been there longer, but apparently in October '07 Comcast updated their webserver and when all the files were copied over, the timestamps were changed.


Note where it says October 21 2007.
That's just output of FTP to show the timestamp of the file.

By downloading his avatar and looking at the timestamp on it, you can see that it is from January of this year.

I can upload the psd if its needed. Because i made that sig some days before, i was unable to find the topic in where i offered that image.

That guy just added a new border and his name. He used my signature + all the effects i made in. He did not use just the same render / stock. That should be self-explained.

Even though Villaloboos changed his signature/avy before any action could be taken, is anything going to happen to his privileges?

i made a background a long time ago and i was having people make me sigs with it yesterday and this kid says hes keeping it because i didnt buy his sig, this is bullshit. i made this when i had photoshop...only thing im actually proud of....
