really gotta go easy on that sharpen filter! its cutting your quality in half

Yeah, now that I look at it, too much sharpen

Need a bit of work with your text placement/font choice. It draws the eye away from the focal bercause its so dark and out of place.
The background needs to be smudged or worked somehow and the c4ds youve dumped on top look silly. Work them in with the lighting on your render or lighten areas around them.. ie, his back has the c4d there but there is a shadow there so it doesnt fit.
Most of your tags need lighting work too, the renders have areas which are already lightened, use them when setting your light source (it should be to the left slightly to make the lighting on him make sense)
Keep following tutorials and download some .psd's and have a look through the layers at how they build up and add light etc

font is wack but the concept is good, like others said theres some quality issues and def over sharp

decent compo and concept, biggest issue seems to be a lack of direction, a lot of extra effects placed at random
