yeah thats what i was planning on doing for the left side, and also planned to smooth the lines too.

could you explain me a little bit what do you mean with the brushes size thing? i only smudged with one size, with different opacity.

A plain color like a dark gray could help you in this one, I feel like there's not enough air between your smudges and it make the signature looks heavy

had some fun playing around, but once again i feel like its too empty, but i dont know what else to do, im short on inspiration

i also suck with text D:

tought about adding some flow, but cant think of how to do this

Sorry for the spam but i'm trying to get into making my own signatures, any pointers on what programs to use?

Use photoshop.

I would start by just playing around with the program, learn to use the tools.
Then, when you want to make signatures follow tutorials. Ask here for some, as there are good tuts and bad ones. Just keep doing tuts.
This will do a couple things. It will help you understand how to properly set up a tag, and it will acclimate you to photoshop.

After you've done a lot of tuts, and are able to master the more advanced ones, then you will be ready to venture outside, and use your creativity.

That's my advice.
