in what way did i give bad advice?  i just advised him to make sure he really wants to develop this particular skill.
if you want you can let these be rhetorical questions and move on, i'm really not into jsp drama.


Frustrating is that he is color-blind and can't get the colours look right, not pixel art itself.

If that was advising to develop on something particular then you should work on your wording. I call it bullshit but i won't take a part of flame-war.
