Yes, now all is left is a planer, and a lathe.

i have a router, drill press, drills, nail guns, band saw and now table saw.

I dunno, i have a band saw.  you think ?

bandsaws just don't have the accuracy of a scroll saw, for small project or heavily decorated pieces the scroll saw is a champ. Unless your crazy talented with a jigsaw.
I use a hand planer for anything like furniture or cabinets. It's preference I guess, but i've always used traditional - you just cant get the curves the same with electric =/
Totally agree as well, never get reclaimed wood that has paint on it. even if its just a little. I've made that mistake, the lead eats away the woods color.

I absolutely agree whenever it comes to finishing a piece you can't beat the accuracy of a hand planer but whenever I am just cleaning up some reclaimed wood an electric planer is so much more efficient. I've personally never fucked with anything that had paint on it because they used lead based paint up until like 1980 in residential buildings. Trying to sand on that stuff means you are going to breathe a lot of that shit in and anyone that is near you even after you are done sanding is going to breathe it. You are just ahead to save your money and trash those pieces.

Right, in some situations a bandsaw is more practical they move faster and cut very even + you dont have to worry about the blade breaking, but they lack the ability to cut out hollows or holes for intricate details :P
With scroll saws you can change out the blade for a different teeth count or size in seconds, as opposed to taking off the bandsaw's faceplate and wrapping a new blade around.

Chop saw's rock for getting perfect angles for tables or wood joints, Would be silly not to own one!
For smaller pieces of wood, a miter box with a hacksaw is pretty helpful, keeps the edges from splintering like they would with a chop saw.
