Personally i think its sexy as fuck, and it seems to be a very beginner friendly camera with some serious capabilities.

ye it is, but as a serious DSLR user it feels awful slapping such a huge lens on a compact camera

they try to combine the specs of a high quality DSLR with the compactness of point and shoot cameras. I´m not into it ^^
