I'd only be able to link you to British printers, and haven't had anything printed from overseas.

Ideally, you want to know what print method is being used, and what paper is being used, preferably get them to send you a sample as well, so you can know exactly how the paper looks and feels like.

Any decent printer will do square prints.

Not much, I just tend to fuck about with alt tags a lot and go with silly page titles so I rank for weird stuff.

I still don't get what they'd be used for :/
