take a handful of either nyquil pills(or chug half a bottle if it's liquid) or benadryl if you ever need to sleep for long periods of time :D

dude a way better med imo is Buspar. its a non-narcotic so your body wont be going through withdrawls
plus having taken almost every anxiety med, including ativa, i think its the best

was ativa addicting at all? or any withdrawls from it? im only going to be taking it when i feel super anxious etc etc....

ativan is a barbiturate so if u were to take it daily for a few months then yea u would have withdrawls, but if u only take it once in a while u should be fine

ativan is like very mild xanax
