best way i find to draw tings, that i learned in my advanced placement fine art class
is take something in what your drawing for example a person.
so i would draw a general head, and that head would be my scale for the rest of the piece
using it to measure the height of heads a person is (avg. is like 7) then take the drawn heads measurement and size up 7 times
and now you have a scale.
Then you can go even deeper with it by using the eyes, etc.

which kinda bugs me with a pink/blue bg
