not really. when you're speaking to a person in one single language these other words keep popping up in your mind that are from another language, and the reason they keep popping up is because these words are shorter and make the explanation of your idea much clearer and easier to comprehend. it's very easy to speak to a person who speaks several languages that you happen to speak, because basically every language has it's own 'advantage' of sorts and when you mix those you get on with your thoughts much faster than you would when speaking only one.
but no yeah, when speaking to a person in one language i sometimes look like a mentally challenged person, pausing between phrases trying to remember the appropriate word or expression while all those other words from other languages keep bothering me.

nah not ukrainian.. i took those pictures in ukraine while visiting my gf in kyiv. i'm russian, was born in uzbekistan during the whole ussr break up mess, and lived my whole life in turkey.
