what´s the name of that movey again........ it´s some IRS Agent dood, math genius with his super cool watch. he´s counting everything, a control freak. one day he gets to collect the taxes from some hot baker chick and he falls in love with her. he always hears a voice narrating, like he´s involved in some sort of story. he finds out he´ll soon die etc blabla. the actual voice is a writer that is an smoking wrack with a writers block. what´s it?

i havent even watched the movie but i think it's stranger than fiction. is it the one with will ferrell?
