Got gym membership. Going to be doing stronglifts. Already got my diet in check over the past month in preparation. Currently weighing 240 pounds at 6'3. Gonna be good.

I came out the womb @ like 180.

Pretty excited because since diet changed I dropped like 6 pounds. Is it water weight? Maybe. Don't care.

Totally removed all liquid calories. Water and Tea for me. (+ flavored water things)
In morning I eat 3 eggs + 3 whites.
Munching on almonds.
Only getting significant carbs from fruit and veges. I removed most grains.
