When you open the gif in IR at the bottom you'll see all the frames of the animation. Click on each frame and over to the right in the layer menu click the eye next to the text layer when you don't want to see it. Then leave it for the one you do want.

Like if you wanted it to show on the 3rd frame of a 4 frame animation you would click the first frame and then the eye next to the text layer and the same on the second. Then leave the third and so on and so forth. Should work I guess.

Like how would I go about putting "Evza420 Has Catnipz" on like the top after it says U has Catnipz?
