turkey is also nice or ground beef, even tuna or salmon.

Oh: And who cares about cholesterol in the chicken? Barely any of the cholesterol levels in your blood comes from the cholesterol you eat (it comes from fat that is turned to cholesterol in your liver).

edit; and unclemuscles, abs on a skinny kid is like big tits on a fat chick luls. that amount of cals is surplus bro you'l def grow with that! Hardest part is keeping up with it :/ I do great for a few weeks then start not eating for a week or two and it messes things up..

ya man, i just got to try to stick to the 3000 cal a day thing.... lifting is a no biggie for me, i do some pyramid lifting about each day, high weight, low rep etc... a good 35 min workout before work in the morning.... so im pretty consistant...

its just i have a hard time eating alot, cuz i eat slow and get full fast... i wish i knew how to stretch ou tmy stomach

eat fast, takes some time before your tummy reports your brains it is full ;)
Make a test you will see, not healthy but hey, that's how i manage it.


Another question,
if you have sex every night, does that kill your T-levels?
