omg i would love 6 dollars a pack D: when i started smoking it was 8 a pack and in 3 years it went up like 50% fucking new york man

Only problem is, I'm left with so much loose skin, it looks like fat. Like I can literally grab a handful of it and it folds if i suck my stomach in while leaning over.
The only way I'll ever see my 6-8pack is if I get it surgically removed or some how over a very long period, hard cardio might fix it.

Doing 220 degree situps, lots of em. Stomach like a brick wall when I tense  B)
just cushioned by skin :(


loosing weight slowly, drinking plenty water, and body peeling (as gay as it sounds, it removes dead skin and speeds up the skin regeneration/ healthy growth).

I am at work so that excuses me from posting digi work :p (and i have bunch of digi wips, no friggin time) Oh oh, shattered, i must post you somefings! should have ages ago :blush:

Waterpipe, smoke that shit and cut down it should help you reduce/completely stop.

buy waterpipe
throw smokes AWAY. hide money, have amnesia (ask slowpoke if you don't know how its done).
-benefits, takes a while to prepare, so you can't just pull it out at school/work, have to wait till you get home
-limit yourself to one per day (or less if you can at start), do this for a week and cut down when you feel like it.
-keep cutting down
-waterpipe tobaccos have only has 0.5% nicotine AND some gets filtered in the water, so you can quit any time you feel like it, pack it up and never smoke it again.
-Buy washed for even lower nicotine levels.
-Google what washed means

i was at 2 big packs/day on my highest point. i stopped with stopping. was ez.
