basically just eat whatever you want and try to get 40g of protein for every workout and aim for 3000-3500 calories a day, and 100-175g fat and you'll get pitted, bro

if you eat a good amount of fat you'll end up with those nice abs that women desire

except xan, who hates on everything i do

had 165g protein today... easy had some noice steak today and last night...

but atm im only able to work 30 min in the morning, but im trying to do high weight with max rep out at about 8 reps

i can see more tone and definition but just no build or weight gain..


my metabolism is just so ridiculous... i can seriously eat anythign and everything... and i dont gain a lb.... and i have perma abs, cuz im bouse

lol damn mesomorph with ectomorph qualities eh?

but calories arent shit if you work out a lot, my daily caloric intake use to be like 3600 haha, and about 210g of protein a day, BOSS like that yo!

however, i have shitty genetics and cant gain any fucking muscle, well not quickly anyways

mine gawrl doesn't like that shit either, and i has it. i just want some shoulders and muscles on hands (not you unclemuscles) and i will be happy :)
