My current signature and avi have been ripped and used on another account. My friend WeW @ jsp paid 2k to this user -> http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1056338 for the signature


This user - > http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1050944 is using the exact same sig/avi with his name on it and claims he got it from - > http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1050157 who is locked.


Not trying to get anyone in trouble. Just not sure how to go about this.

Where is the thread for the creation of your signature and where is the psd file that it was made for you?

It's not a huge deal, but I had the signature before that user. Like I said, WeW @ jsp paid for my sig. I can simply ask him to take it off. I'm not trying to file an accusation. I'm just wondering what the rules are with this?

If you paid for the Signature, that would make it yours and only yours and others cannot use it unless they have your permission.
Can you please provide a screenshot of WeW confirming he purchased this signature for you.

There was no thread made, it was done via pm and all pms were deleted because I did not think someone would rip the sig. Maybe the sig maker still has the pms.

Any and all evidence would help, please post when and if you get any other evidence.

Like I said Edmon, this isn't necessarily an accusation. I'm just trying to figure out who's in the wrong. Because the 'accused' could have easily paid for it from the same person who made mine.

And at that point it would be the fault of whoever made the sig.


The guy who made VapeIsland's sig is locked/scammer tagged now and it is very likely that the user who made the signature I am wearing is a multi of that account and selling the sig to multiple users for 2x the profit.
